We called concerned about potential water leakage into our wood floors. Brandon and Tanner came next day after my phone request with photo confirmation and phone call prior to arrival. Jon and Evan were able to run a new softener loop from the side of the house to the garage-- really happy Jon suggested it as an option as irlt will offer much added convience. Price was reasonable for a two day job and it will look very clean once drywall is patched. Would call them again for plumbing needs

Hard work and quality costumer service is hard to come by these days. Industries that provide services arent what they used to be 20 years ago. Having said that, Jonathon at RR plumbing brought back what I feel was the standard in the past. Jonathon was punctual, efficient, and had great communication. He was very professional and earned my business not through any pushy sales tactics but through honesty and integrity. There was no beating around the bush with Jonathon he was confident in his advice and in his product. This process is never ideal but he made it as smooth as it could have gone. I will definitely pass the word along to neighbors, friends, and family.

I'm a retired 40 year plumber/pipe fitter. Dan did a great job evaluating the slab water leaks and repairing them.

This is only the second time I have done business with R & R. First time was just over six years ago for a water heater; and very recently for a garbage disposal install. Both times they exceeded my expectations in professionalism, knowledge and expertise in the jobs they were completing, and attention to detail. Should I have a plumbing need arise in the future, I will certainly reach out to them again.

Problem with my water heater

Burtoe was able to retrieve a broken end piece of a toilet auger within the toilet drain with one attempt with his electric tool. Excellent customer service and used shoe covers when entering my home. Highly recommend!!!

Fernando arrived in the first hr of my appmt time period as Raffi was sent to another location. Fernando quickly diagnosed the issue as a blocked hose in drain line & he removed it and cleared the blockage. 15 later we could get dishwasher to drain & it drained correctly with no leakage after Fernando reassembled the drain hose & airgap. He answered our questions & said we had a 30 day warranty & to call R&R if this leakage/blockage re-occurred. We paid him & gave him a tip & were happy R & R Plumbing could fix our plumbing issue within 24 hrs. Our daughter has used R&R for her own needs & said she was happy & recommended this company to us. We contacted R&R to look at our garbage disposal, which recently stopped working. When Turner arrived, I was very pleased with his punctuality and his professionalism. Turner even waited while I contacted the previous owner of the home to get more information on the garbage disposal. Turner was thorough in explaining the issue and provided several quotes for options to replace the garbage disposal. Once we are ready to replace it, I will definitely use R&R.

I had an issue under my kitchen sink and, due to prior back injuries from military service, needed a professional I could trust to do the job right. Scheduling was easy, communication was clear, and the team was courteous from the start. Turner, the plumber who came out, was excellent. He quickly fixed the issue and was refreshingly honest, letting me know there was no need to replace the garbage disposal at this time, while offering a future quote if needed. That kind of integrity builds trust. When I asked about the invoice, he simply thanked me for my service. It was genuine and respectful, not performative. Jon and Sam did a spectacular job fixing the slab leak. They used the least invasive path and treated the house like it was there own. They were organized and clean and saved the cut pieces of dry wall to make the repair easy. Alyson contacted me on a regular basis, got us quickly scheduled and followed through until the job was completed. Highly, highly recommended!!!!

Wednesday 1/7/26 I had my kitchen faucet replaced by R&R plumbing, Carrie sent Christian almost immediately after I called. Awesome job done by a very nice guy. Friday 1/9/26 I had a pipe in a wall burst around 11am and Javier arrived around 3pm, which gave me enough time to dry up all the water in the house. Another great job done and completed by 6/6:30pm by another very nice guy. Thank you all at R&R for such great treatment when I needed the help

After days and days of a dripping tub faucet, R & R Plumbing sent Jonathan to diagnose and do the repairing for this problem. It was a difficult job due to no access to the faucets and spout. Jonathan had to cut into the tub to gain access to the faucet fixture. He took time to explain what needed to be done. He answered my questions fully to my satisfaction and even worked with me on the cost in order to afford the repairs. Throughout the process, Jonathan remain positive, professional, solution-oriented and focused on the job. He demonstrated a level of concern and care rarely seen in a service technician. He attended to the repairs and fixed the problems with the very high degree of quality I have come to expect from R & R Plumbing! Thank you, Jonathan and R & R.!!

Highly recommend R&R Plumbing R&R Plumbing is a truly local business, and were very glad to have them in our community. Daniel C came out to my house to check my tankless water heater. He carefully inspected the unit, explained everything clearly, and told me that there was actually nothing wrong and nothing he needed to fix. What impressed me the most was his honesty he told me to keep using the tankless water heater and did not charge me anything. That really gave me peace of mind and made me feel secure and confident. Its rare to find a company this honest and trustworthy. Im very happy to know R&R Plumbing is here in town, and I would absolutely call them again and recommend them to anyone.

They came out the same day I called and were able to fix 3 different plumbing issues within a few hours.

Our hot water heater stopped working overnight. I called at 7:45 am and Steve booked the same day appointment BTW 9am to 12pm. Technician Turner B. arrived promptly at 9am. He quickly diagnosed the problem, walked me through step by step had our hot water heater operating normally within the hour. I am very pleased with every aspect of the service and highly recommend R&R Plumbing. They will be my go to for Plumbing services going forward.

Brandon did a great job replacing our leaking ice-maker valve in the wall behind our refrigerator and also a toilet and kitchen sink 1/4-turn shut-off valves. He arrived earlier than expected and completed the work in a timely manner. He was very knowledgeable and experienced. The price for the work was reasonable.

We had 3 issues to resolve; an upstairs shower drain leak, an aging water heater, and a pressure regulator with twice the recommended water pressure. Derek was able to solve these problems quickly and efficiently. Even with the challenge of a stubborn shower drain, Derek worked diligently to resolve the problem. Derek was very courteous and professional. I like to see what the problems are and how they get fixed so I observe almost every solution. As I asked questions, Derek willingly explained what was happening and how he was going to not only fix it but make it better that it was originally. Before the work began, we got a quote on the cost which was what we paid on completion of the job. We would highly recommend R&R and Derek for plumbing issues.

Had R&R Plumbing come out to look at a leak from my water pipe in the concrete slab. They quickly diagnosed the issue and given the fact that I had prior leaks recommended a whole house repipe, which is something that I was going to ask for. They were extremely through in their explanation and did not push any service beyond what was required to fix the leak. In the end awesome service call with a solid plan to fix the issue now and a recommendation for avoidance of future issues.
