Jose was on time and very professional: 1. Recommended that I not have water heater work done because it was greater than six years old and never been serviced. I am grateful. 2. Saw that my regulator was 22 years old and working at 80, recommended replacement. We replaced the regulator, on/ off switch and outdoor faucet.

Daniel came to my home to give me a free estimate and then notified me that no repair needed to take place. Rather than fix something that didnt need fixing, he was truthful and forthright and ended up saving me well over $1,000.00. We have all run into shysters during the course of our lifetimes. But the folks at R&R Plumbing CAN be trusted! And it truly gives you wonderful peace of mind. I will continue to give them repeat business as needed. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great plumber!! Additionally, the front office staff was very helpful and accommodating as well. Great honest service!

We had a emergency with our water having to be shut off and lost a a whole day of our business. Our Tech Burtoe V was amazing. He got us back up and running in no time and even came back to fix our sink and was super helpful. 10/10 would recommend to anyone in this area.

Our tech did a great job. He quickly diagnosed the problems and shared with us what was happening. We approved the repairs and he quickly did the repairs despite the 110 degree heat. We are very happy.

I called needing same-day service due to high water pressure and leaving town the next day. Monique was able to schedule for that afternoon. Brandon and Tanner diagnosed the issues quickly, proposed solutions, and got to work. New water heater, expansion tank, and regulator were installed and working in a few hours. Brandon kept me informed throughout the process, reviewed with me the work that had been done, and gave instructions for what to do next.

This is my second experience hiring R & R Plumbing for a plumbing issue. Christian texted me when he would be arriving and came on the promised time, which I always appreciate. He promptly gave me an estimate for the work to be done, a clogged drain, I was accepted the bid and he successfully unclogged the drain. My house was respected and they left the repair area spotless.

Very polite. Filled out the yelp form and they contacted me within a half hour and got me scheduled same day to replace a water pressure regulator. The tech Zachary was very polite and super informative and explained everything. The best part about this business is no upscale which a customer can appreciate. Anytime I have a plumbing issue I go to R&R. Unfortunately I've had to use them 3 times recently, but the service I've received is always amazing.

I needed a last min. repair/ modification for my new stove to fit properly. Kari answered the phone immediately and squeezed me into the schedule that same day. Brandon G. showed up for the repair and was as professional as they come. He is kind, super knowledgeable and worked very quickly. He was very transparent and thorough with his plan and explained the steps he needed to take to accomplish the job. They have a new lifetime customer now. This is the 2nd time R&R has helped me with plumbing. They did a bathroom repair a few months ago and this time they replaced a worn out leaking garbage disposal. Zachary from R&R came to give us an estimate to reset our toilets after we had some flooring done. He was super knowledgeable, friendly, polite, and helpful. Once the flooring was finished, Zachary came back and installed the toilets quickly. It was a smooth process, and I could pay right there. There's a small service charge if you pay with a card instead of a check. Zachary even wore shoe covers so he wouldn't track dirt on the new floor. He gave us tips on how to maintain everything and explained our one-year warranty. Overall, he did a great job, and I'd definitely ask for him again for any future plumbing needs.

I reached out to R & R Plumbing because I had noticed a potential gas leak coming from our indoor fireplace. Monique was able to put me on the schedule the same day! Zachary came out and did a very thorough job testing the fireplace, diagnosing, and confirming where the gas leak was coming from. It was a specific fireplace part that the team does not have the ability to order, but he gave me some recommendations along with a great video and picture demonstrating the leak. My experience from start to finish with Monique and Zachary were so quick yet thorough. I will continue to go to R & R Plumbing with future needs!

Daniel is by far the best at delivering a precision plumbing service that targets the issues and does it with high level expertise. During and after the service is performed, Daniel pays attention to details keeping the area he is working in clean and organized. His customer service communication is professional and friendly. I have used R&R plumbing over a dozen different times and the service is always great. I always ask for Daniel, Mike or Brandon. They are all great at what they do.

Ryan was fantastic, installed a new bathroom faucet, said it was one of the three hardest he had done, but took the time to get it installed. Also checked my water flow in my kitchen sink. Then completed the hot water heater flush. Very friendly, informative, and polite. I would ask to have Ryan as my technician next year. Also installed at new water shut off valve.

Amazing service ! After watching water come thru my kitchen ceiling, I quickly realized it was coming from my upstairs bathroom. I immediately called Rand R plumbing and they came as quickly as they could accommodating my schedule. The issue at hand was not an easy fix but Sam did not give up . He called other technicians and tried to resolve it but quickly realized that they would need to order a very obscure part which they did . I received the estimate the following morning to approve, which was very fair. The minute I approved it I got a call from another member of the staff at R&R plumbing to ensure me that as soon as they got the product, they would call me to set up the repair. Absolute ultimate professionalism from this company . 10 out of 10 recommend.

I am pleased. We had a leaky shower. Sam was polite and showed professionalism. He was knowledgeable and was able to fix our problem. Also, I want to extend my gratitude to his manager, Steve, who was outstanding in assisting us with an existing issue and offered solutions through Sam. It is worth mentioning that the customer service was great ; they picked up our call every time without delay, and directed us to the right people.

Jason came out to address a leaky water heater. However, the leak was coming from a pipe in the wall behind the water heater. Thank you Jason for diagnosing the issue correctly and replacing the pipe. BTW, I was able to get the water heater back on.

I can't be more grateful for Sam and Tanner for their great work on our house. We called the company on short notice, and thankfully Sam and Tanner were assigned to our case. We had six valves to be replaced l, three trims and three faucets to be changed on newly glazed bathrooms. They completed the job quick and clean. Very professional but kind and friendly. After reading all the glowing reviews, I decided to call them for new kitchen faucet, garbage disposal, compression angle stop installation (I've provided the parts). Received fair pricing and even got a discount. I ended up adding my bathroom faucet at the end. Burtoe was punctual, professional, courteous, and personable. He did a wonderful job and was a total pleasure to work with. The two ladies over the phone were very helpful a well. WHAT A GREAT TEAM!! I'll definitely be calling them again in the future.

Sam at R & R plumbing did a great job putting in the new valves and lines for my washer. He also installed a new gas valve for the dryer and connected those lines. We chose R & R Plumbing because of their high ratings and reviews, they definitely deserve them! I called them last Thursday and got a non-emergency appt for the next morning. Jimmy H. was our technician. He immediately took care of our ongoing leaky toilet and a smaller issue with another one, but also noticed a problem with our high water pressure. We needed a new pressure regulator, so he proceeded to change that as well. Jimmy was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable and quick with the repairs. I was amazed at how fast he diagnosed and took care of it all. I hope that I dont have to for along time, but if I do, I will definitely call R & R Plumbing again! Thank you again, Jimmy!
