Great Tech. Knowledgeable and Friendly

I called R & R Plumbing because after being away from home for a few days we came home to a kitchen where a pipe in the ceiling sprung a leak. I reached out at 7:30am left a message and received a call back with in 15min. I spoke with Monique she was very kind, very professional and honestly just amazing. Monique, stated that they could dispatch a plumber, that same afternoon. Honestly I couldn't believe it. I asked if this appointment was for an estimate, she replied "when we dispatch our goal is to provide an estimate and complete the repairs at the same time" given the parts are on the truck. She further stated that prior to the plumbers arrival I would receive a text with the plumbers photo and a brief Bio. It happened just like that! Brandon & Tanner arrived as scheduled introduced themselves, looked at the job provided an estimate, actually I had asked Brandon to make an additional repair to a different pipe he was more then glad to make the additional repair but stated it was a waste of money and not necessary. With that said we went with the original repair, which saved me $250.00. The repairs were made perfectly. These are real guys that tell you what they're going to do beforehand and then they just do it! No hidden agenda they just do the work! Super nice guys very professional and old school. Which I totally appreciate. Thank you Brandon, Tanner, Monique and R & R Plumbing. I am scheduling R & R back out to install a FloLogic water shut off valve in the future. Moving forward we will only use this team for our Plumbing needs in future..

I contacted R & R Plumbing because our garbage disposal wasnt working. Jimmy came out and after looking under our sink he informed us that we didnt need a new garbage disposal and that our problem was that it was clogged. He unclogged our sink and was very honest, friendly and professional. I will definitely call them again when we need a plumber.

We had a leak in our home and we thought it was a slab leak. The leak turned out to be a pinhole leak in our line. The company sent out Daniel who came to our home to asset the problem and locate the leak. He found it quickly and fixed it right away. I highly recommend R&R Plumbing, and will recommend them to anyone needing plumbing service.

The Greatest service ever!!!! Mike a great professional and competent master of his business!!! We had a pretty bad water leak in the toilet he fixed it quickly and toilet looks like new now and price is fair too. Called this Saturday at around 11am and Tom was at my house to assess the situation by 2pm! Hot water heater needed to be replaced! Javier was great. But, was disappointed to hear that my water heater may have a short life because i have not drained it regularly, as previous tech said annual drainings were not necessary. was told previous tech no longer works for your company.

My master bath shower fixture was leaking for ????. I finally contacted R&R this morning. I was given a window of 10-2 for today. Turner was there at 10! He replaced a cartridge in the shower unit very quickly. This seems to have solved the problem. This is my 2nd excellent experience with R&R. Will be sure to call them again in the future with any plumbing needs!

I have a Home Warranty. My master bathtub was not getting hot water. The Home Warranty people sent a company out. They told me they would have to cut a hole in my bathtub to get to the pipes on the inside. After several visits (including having the manager come with his best Plumber ) they insisted the problem was the Hot, hot water cartridge. I did not believe that or accept that as an answer. So I called R&R, I requested Tom because I have used him at our previous house for plumbing work. He is ann exceptionally high-quality Plumber. Extremely knowledgeable, honest and friendly. I told him what the problem was and he told me it has nothing to do with what that company told me. It had to do with a mixing valve underneath the sink. He replaced the valve under the sink and BAM! Fixed!! Always trust Tom!

As always Dan was a huge help and was very thorough in isolating the water leak problem. I appreciate his attention to detail and helping us resolve this problem of water leakage so very quickly.

Daniel at R & R is beyond amazing! I had received a couple quotes from some other companies and was stressed out but thankfully I called R & R, not only did they give me a free estimate, their quote was transparent and reasonable. I had to do a complete repipe and water heater replacement. In one day the professional crew came in and did the entire house, the next day another wonderful crew came in a parched up all the holes. Their work was beyond my expectations and Daniel helped me through entire process. I HIGHLY recommend R & R for all your plumbing needs, they are an honest and professional company who do beautiful work.

Called R&R plumbing on a Saturday night and left them a message about my water heater that was leaking. I got a call early the following day and they have Jon available to come and check it out. Whats great about this company is they dont charge a service call to send a plumber out for the issue I was experiencing. Jon explained well all the options that were available to me and didnt try to upsell anything. Work was done in 2 hours and the price I paid was very reasonable for a licensed company.
