Professional, on time, and quick install.

Zach came to give me an estimate on installing an auto water shut off valve on my property. He was very professional and explained the entire process in easy to understand terms.

I had a really good experience with R and R. The plumbers, Chandler and Evan were on time, gave me a fair quote and performed the work quickly and thoroughly. I would not hesitate to use them again for plumbing needs.

Jimmy & Celeste were the best! Celeste got us scheduled right away and explained everything succinctly. She was very polite and patient. Jimmy arrived at the property right on schedule and called us to discuss the broken faucet (we were out of town). He is extremely friendly and took great care going in and out of the property. He immediately diagnosed the issue and gave us a quote to get it fixed. Although our particular part isnt common and he had to go get the part, he was back in no time and had the repair done quickly. He sent photos and a video of the new faucet and cleaned up and ensured the house was secure. He followed up with answers to a few random questions wed asked earlier about a different issue and identified a good solution. To top it all off, the price was amazing and more than fair! We will definitely have R&R back to do more work (and, well be requesting Jimmy). We are so happy to have finally found our plumber!!

Zachary was fast, transparent, and thorough during the process of a water leak that blew in my ceiling above the garage. He did a great job and was excellent at explaining the process before, during, and after the repair was completed. He was also nice to my kids who kept asking questions the entire time lol.

Jon was very professional and informative. He found there was nothing but a loose screw possibly causing the problem and there was no charge for thr visit. More businesses should be so reasonable!

Zach is a true professional. When he came to our house he thoroughly explained everything he was doing to diagnose the situation. He then found the source of the issue quickly and ran through our solution options. We felt like he went above and beyond the call of duty and was really friendly and patient through it all. Quick response, fast service, pro all the way! Price? A bit steep, a DIY'er could do it for 5% of what I paid, but I know I got a professional job that I (and my wife) won't lose sleep over.

We had extremely low water pressure and could not figure out why. There were no leaks found and Raffi recommended we replace the pressure relief valve/regulator. When this did not work and we thought we were out of options Raffi continued working and found a rock that was blocking the main water line leading out from the PRV. Raffi is very experienced, knowledgeable and kept on troubleshooting until the issue was found and resolved. Highly recommend.

Kitchen sink was clogged. It needed to be jetted/cleaned. He did a great job! He was on time, professional, very nice, and he finished fast at a good price.

Samuel T and Jeremy came to check on a potential water leak as suspected by my water company. They were on time, clean, courteous and professional. When they couldnt find any leak, they checked the meter over and over to be sure. They asked questions for troubleshooting and suggested the leak was most likely caused by our bidet not being turned off properly. We are now monitoring that and hopefully it will resolve the issue. They did not charge me anything as it was a free consultation. Previously, I had another company (sent by my HOA) come and they couldnt find any leak either at that time but charged me $110 and offered no solutions. I would definitely use R&R Plumbing again in the future.

Great service! I called Sunday evening, and had a new garbage disposal by Tuesday morning (we provided it). Zachary came on time, and was able to install our garbage disposal same day. So far so good. I am thankful to have a working garbage disposal again! I would highly reccomend them.

Arrived on a weekend for a upstairs leak that spit water into my family room. I feared the worst but Jon said it was likely simple like a wax ring break and the shower using the same drain out which is likely blocked. They are fixing now with a different crew that came the next day. Everyone is really nice and attentive to your home and property.

Amazing service! I contacted R&R Plumbing through their website late Thursday night about a clogged toilet. Miranda called me back first thing Friday morning, and Christian was at our house early that afternoon. Christian fixed the problem in less than two minutes! He was incredibly friendly, professional, and especially patient and kind with my autistic son, who wanted to be involved in everything he was doing. I would highly recommend R&R Plumbing to anyone. With the less-than-great plumbing in the house we rent, I know Ill definitely be calling them again in the future.

We have hired R & R for several plumbing issues. They were always readily available, professional, and knowledgeable. Recently, we hired them to repipe the house. The pricing was fair and they did an excellent job mentally preparing me for exactly what the job entails (which is basically turning your house into Swiss cheese)! They finished the work quickly so that we wouldn't be without water for too long. They also did a great job staying after the job was done to make sure that the house was clean and all of our furniture was moved back into place. If it was possible to give more than 5 stars, I would!!! I had a weird rumbling sound in my laundry room. I called R&R Plumbing and they were able to send Burtoe out to see what was causing it. So, kudos for fast service. Next, Burtoe was knowledgeable, efficient, and thorough- going through each bathroom, checking all water sources, including the water heater and pressure. Everything was checking out fine, but before he left, the heater turned on and that was the problem! Now, I'll contact the HVAC people to see what's interfering with the fan to cause the vibrations and noise. YAY to Sherlock Burtoe!!! Now I have a dependable plumber and plumbing company I can depend upon if I ever need their services in the future.

Chandler was punctual and respectful. He was knowledge which was reassuring about my decision to move forward with the under sink reverse osmosis system. The installation took about an hour. After the work was done, Chandler left the work area clean and free of any trash. He also was open to servicing my water heater same day. I had contacted WeCarePlumbing for the same work and they had scheduled me weeks out. 10/10 recommend.

I called R and R Plumbing regarding a failing pressure regulator. I spoke with Miranda who was professional and courteous. She was able to get me promptly scheduled for the next day (less than 24 hours). The next day, Turner B. arrived on time and assessed the problem. I received a fair quote and Turner made the repairs the same day. Turner did an outstanding job removing the old regulator that did not want to budge. Cristian H @ R&R is great at what he does! He managed to get our shower faucet that was super glued to the tile off & then fully repaired. We were under a bit of time pressure and Im so glad Cristian was able to get it done! I highly recommend Cristian and will definitely call R&R for any future plumbing needs!

Fast response time and very affordable

I didn't meet Raffi but my dad said he was the kindest guy and really took care of things.

Had a leak from the line into the refrigerator that seeped into the hallway. Just closed off the line since we do not need the water from the refrigerator.

It was a trouble shooting estimate to determine why there was intermittent vibration of hoses at the water heater while no appliances or water was running. The issue could not be replicated at the time. I was given a few scenarios as to why it occurs. Water pressure was checked and was in normal range.

Christian H. is very professional and competent. He took care of installing my 97 year old Father's new kitchen sink, and garbage disposer etc. We had to disconnect the outside water because we attempted to install the sink ourselves and there was a leak we couldn't fix ourselves, so my dad was withought water for one night, so it was kind of an emergency situation. Christian was very respectful and patient, did an awesome thorough, sanitary and efficient job. Both myself and my husband stayed there during the process and we noticed he was very knowlegable about the work and kind to my father. I had researched and called several other plumbers and was not able to get anyone to come out on such short notice.... a couple places where I spoke with a person said we would have to wait until at least after the weekend for help and one plumber actually asked me to take photos of the undersink area and email them!!....actually wanted my credit card and many details emailed BEFORE setting up appointment for many days later....... so........... I then read the positive reviews of R&R Plumbing said a quick prayer and called R&R yesterday (on a Friday morning) and an hour or so later Christian arrived with his well-equipped truck and not long after had the water back on flowing the dishwasher and garbage disposer were back on connected up etc. no leaks and everything under control. We will absolutely call Christian H. again in any event that we need help with our own plumbing and we feel relief knowing he's a trustworthy professional. I would recommend him thoroughly as a fully competent plumber.

I had a bad clog in my upstairs sinks that had been unfixed for years, and Id tried Thrift, Drano, and hot waternothing moved, and explaining to guests that washing hands had to be done in the bathtub has been more than a little embarrassing! Theyre also coming back to fix my Roman soaking tub faucet that my home warranty said needed to have an access panel installed. Ill be sure to leave another review once thats completed. Jerry was great in replacing my two toilets, valves, and unclogging a bathroom sink. The work was cheaper than a Lowe's installation and the service was better. Also helped with re-installing my bidet on to the new toilet at no extra charge. All of the old toilets/boxes were removed from the house and my space was returned very clean. Would do business again, thank you.

Raffi is a keeper! Honest, friendly and professional. First ethical plumber I've ever met! I'm an older woman, he could've tried to pull one over on me like 99.9% of the other guys do. Raffi however carefully inspected, explained and gave me an honest valuation even saying it's not necessary right now. So who do you think I'll be calling in the future?
