Sam was incredibly knowledgeable, respectful, and patient throughout the entire process. He came out to provide a quote for installing a new water heater, and he took the time to answer all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed. He carefully explained each step of the installation, why each component was important, and how he planned to complete the job according to code and best practices. What really stood out was that he even showed me photos of similar installations he had completed for other customers, which gave me a lot of confidence in the quality of his work. I really appreciated his honesty, professionalism, and attention to detail.

My bathtub faucet valve was installed upside-down and was calcified, Javier with R&R replaced the valve fixed it. It works like it is supposed to now

Great experience all around! My initial call in was very pleasant and they were able to schedule a tech same day. Christian (Tech) was awesome! Very personable and professional throughout, he took time to review and explain the whole process. He was also training his apprentice Evan, and did a great job mentoring him. Chandler was great! Needed all new supply lines inside the house. He was on time, clear about what he was going to do and worked his tail off. Highly recommend R&R Plumbing and will use them for all my plumbing needs in the future.

I had a toilet that was clogged and I was unable to unclog it with a plunger. The toilet water level would rise even more when water was poured into our kitchen sink. I notified R &R plumbing and Christian H was assigned to fix the issue. Christian let me know that he was pretty positive that my mainline was backed up. He exposed a garage floor water drain and showed me the pile of paper that was stuck on a flapper which was causing the clogging. He removed the stoppage with a pry bar no plumber snake was needed and my home drainage water flow immediately cleared and ran smoothly. I really appreciate the fact that Christian was honest and able to find the issue immediately. I totally recommend Christian for his professional, friendly, honest work.

Dryer gas line and vent relocation. Called and they had a tech out within a day, service was scheduled for two days later, Dan came out and got it done in a couple hours. Price was a little lower than quoted which is always nice too. 10/10 Would recommend.

R&R did a great job replacing my water heater today. Brandon called ahead because he was available a little earlier than expected. He did a thorough inspection of the existing WH, showed us his concerns, clarified update code requirements, and then worked through option pricing. No high pressure sales tactics, just honest answers. After we settled on scope and price, Brandon obtained the necessary materials quickly and got right to work. He said it would take 2-3 hours to complete, and it took a little over 2 hours. Work looks good. The team was clean and professional. I will call R&R for any future plumbing needs.

I should have posted originally a month ago when my hot water heater was installed. Great guy to work with. Did the job for a reasonable price (much lower than competitors that's for sure) and did a good job. Super easy to work with. But this morning I didn't have hot water and Steve got Jose back out here and we determined the problem was probably some debris or scale and had nothing to do with the hot water installation and I agree. But we got the incoming water line cleared and they didn't charge me. Outstanding customer service. Definitely would hire them again.

We have been extremely satisfied with R&R plumbing. I highly recommend this company for any plumbing issues. Jonathan our plumber was very professional and knowledgeable. We decided to add on some extra repairs while he was at the house and he happily accommodated rhe additional repairs. He even drove further to a proper plumbing supply store to buy materials because he didnt want to compromise the quality of the repair. We were very pleased with the ease of making an appointment to the completed job itself.

We had a flooding problem with our toilet and reached out to our landlord, who called in R&R Plumbing. Sam came out the very next day and replaced the toilet. He was on time, courteous, and clean, and he installed a beautiful new toilet that works perfectly. Sam did excellent work, and he was great to deal with throughout. R&R Plumbing does a great job and I've been using them in Murrieta and Menifee since about 2019. Every job is completed thoroughly without any issues with highly skilled technicians. The pricing is a little higher than the competition, but I think it's worth it for the peace of mind and the quality.

Javier was here today and did a bunch of work for us. We had our old sink and faucet replaced. He had two guys with him, Tanner and Derek who were super helpful and polite. The job didnt take long, and they did such a nice job! They hooked up a reverse osmosis water system under the sink, reattached all the fixings for our disposal, and installed a new push button for the garbage disposal that is conveniently at the sink instead of a switch on the wall. Our old sink has bothered me since we moved in. It would stain easily being white ceramic, the faucet would jiggle because it was loose. We picked out a stainless steel sink and faucet. It looks amazing and we are so happy with it. They cleaned up the area and took everything out of here that was no longer needed like the sink, old parts, as well as the boxes the new stuff come in. They also ran a new water line up the side of the house to the porch above so we can water plants and set up a mister to cool things off sitting outside. Also, they installed a pressure relief valve on the hot water tank. They are super efficient, know what they are doing and gave us some great upgrades we will really enjoy. I love this company, Miranda, and Jimmy. It was my first time using them. I have used others before and did not want to use them again, so I called R&R plumbing. They were busy but squeezed me in. Because it was so easy, they did not charge for the service but rather would rather build strong customer loyalty. We used then to replace our old water heater, and each time, the service was outstanding! Would highly recommend!

Great service! I called around 10:30 AM today and asked if someone could come to my home and fix the issue before 4:00 PM. Miranda answered my call and initially told me the earliest available appointment was tomorrow. After I explained that I needed urgent service, she was able to schedule a technician for today between 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM. Ryan arrived right at 1:00 PM, completed the repair in less than 30 minutes, and the price was very reasonable. I truly appreciate the fast response and excellent customer service. My shower would not drain. He came in and within an hour removed a snake that the previous plumber broke in the pipe and cleaned the drain.

Came back from a fantastic family vacation to no hot water. Lovely. Tried lighting the pilot light a few times and no dice. Called R&R plumbing and they were able to send someone first thing the following morning. Jose N was the technician sent, and he was great. He was on time, extremely polite and knowledgeable. With my water heater being about 10 years old, a repair wasn't possible for my discontinued water heater (of course. I swear these large companies do this on purpose so you have to buy new ones). Nevertheless, Jose went over all options along with the pros and cons of each. He didn't try to up sell me, just gave me the options, facts, and what is needed and some suggestions. He installed the new one same day and gave some friendly tips on how to properly care and maintain the water heater to get the most out of it and keep it in good condition. Would definitely recommend R&R, and Jose to family and friends.

The plumber arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and clearly explained what needed to be repaired.
