Plumber found a water filtration system that had a leak at one of its fittings. We had to disassemble a section coming off of softening tank that had a very slow drip. We disassembled and rebuilt with new Teflon and pipe dope. After rebuilding, we slowly re-pressurize system and confirmed that there is no further leaks. Due to the original installer using scheduled 80 PVC, we are unable to warranty any of these parts.

Plumber utilized clean out at front of home to send camera downstream to city finding no obstructions, no offsets and pipe looked to be in great condition.
Plumber then sent camera upstream towards house and found root intrusion in front yard which camera could not get through.
Plumber than utilized toilet vent line on roof to send camera down finding normal buildup to be expected in cast-iron piping. Debris, paper, etc. Plumber was able to get out into front yard at same root intrusion as from front clean out. Plumber located root intrusion finding pipe to be 3 feet to 4 feet down.
Plumber recommends Hydro jetting out roots and debris from line to completely cleanup and reestablish inside diameter of pipe, at this time plumber will then perform camera inspection to inspect pipe more thoroughly to see if a dig up or pipe replacement will be needed.
Plumber does note that pipe looks in good condition from initial camera inspection, but would need to Hydro jet and clean up to see if any other issues issues like cracked pipes or collapse pipes are present.
