Very friendly , our main contact Tom explained every step and worked with us to get a huge job completed . He had a great team very competent wished hard and cleaned up perfect after . Tom and Christian stayed and put everything bank into place . We have used them for small jobs prior this time it was a full house recipe water heater and filtration system . Office staff was helpful as well ! Kristen worked with me to ensure all options were looked over . Thank you all 10 out of 10 ! .

Tom was very thorough and proficient re-installing bathroom sink plus added extra support clips to make sure sink don't drop again (due to house builder not doing it correctly).

We had a problem with an odor coming from one of our bathroom sinks. Hector was very personable and knowledgeable, suggested how to clean the overflow drain as that, he thought was the problem and not any plumbing issue. He didn't charge us for the service call even though he spent time diagnosing our concern.

Javier and Hector recently came by to check on a leak at my home. After some thorough troubleshooting, they successfully identified the source of the issue. While they were here, I mentioned two additional problems: extremely high water pressure and no hot water in my downstairs shower. They promptly diagnosed both issues and were able to fix them on the spot. Javier and Hector are incredibly friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of skilled and reliable professionals.

The R and R Plumbing team completely repiped my home in just over 5 hours today. 2nd major inside water pipe leak in older home led me to seek their advice after they expertly helped with 1st leak several years ago. Office quickly scheduled a visit and Brandon and Zach gave a fair estimate on full repipe as I didnt want to go through leaking pipes again! They thoroughly answered all my questions. 2 days later, full team arrived and I am amazed at how efficiently and cohesively they all worked together. All pipes/fittings replaced and new water heater put in as well! Brandon and Zach patiently continued to answer my questions and I am so thankful for the whole teams professionalism, knowledge, and skill. Very thorough cleanup left no dust or debri. He took the time to walk our property and locate certain utilities we did not know existed. Because of his hospitality, we will solely be using R&R plumbing from now on for any plumbing needed. Its not often you say you had a wonderful experience when plumbing is involved but Raffi with R&R Plumbing was just exceptional. Not only was the plumbing situation fixed, but he couldnt have been a more friendly and personable guy. He walked me thru what the problem was, how he would fix it and then (most importantly) fixed it. Friendly, funny, and super patient with me (despite me constantly trying to see what was going on). Couldnt possibly recommend Raffi and R&R more!

Professional and skill/knowledge in their work. Raffi gave me a 4 hour time frame to install the water heater. Even had to go back to the shop to pickup the water heater, had it installed from first time arrive to finished all in about two and a half hours.
