Sam at R & R plumbing did a great job putting in the new valves and lines for my washer. He also installed a new gas valve for the dryer and connected those lines. We chose R & R Plumbing because of their high ratings and reviews, they definitely deserve them! I called them last Thursday and got a non-emergency appt for the next morning. Jimmy H. was our technician. He immediately took care of our ongoing leaky toilet and a smaller issue with another one, but also noticed a problem with our high water pressure. We needed a new pressure regulator, so he proceeded to change that as well. Jimmy was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable and quick with the repairs. I was amazed at how fast he diagnosed and took care of it all. I hope that I dont have to for along time, but if I do, I will definitely call R & R Plumbing again! Thank you again, Jimmy!

R&R plumbing came and did a free no cost estimate and offered me a replacement Water Hearer brand new as well as the high-end Quality brand for a very reasonable price and Total New Replacement along with 6 years warranty and advisement of maintenance annually flush and all on the same day. Robbie with R&R was Professional, Honest and UpFront and Followed through with my New Water Heater and NO surprises.

I called R&R plumbing and spoke to Kari. She was very professional and was able to get a technician out to me the next day. Kevin showed up on time and when he got into the wall behind my shower, he alerted me to some more serious problems that I had no idea were there. He was able to come back a few days and fix the problem. The work he did on the piping is fantastic. 10/10 I would recommend R&R plumbing to all my friends and family.

Great service from start to finish. Miranda was very polite and helpful in scheduling my same day appointment; although it was not an emergency. Jimmy H. arrived within the scheduled window, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He installed a new water heater, replaced the pressure regulator valve and replaced a piece on my toilet. The work was completed quickly and he did a thorough clean up. I would recommend R & R Plumbing and will be using them in the future.

Our kitchen sink was clogged. Did all DIY plumbing recommended but to no avail. I end up calling R&R for help. Found out power auger bit couldnt handle the clog. It needed hydro-jetting.

He came out to provide a quote for installing a new water heater, and he took the time to answer all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed. He carefully explained each step of the installation, why each component was important, and how he planned to complete the job according to code and best practices. What really stood out was that he even showed me photos of similar installations he had completed for other customers, which gave me a lot of confidence in the quality of his work. I really appreciated his honesty, professionalism, and attention to detail.

My bathtub faucet valve was installed upside-down and was calcified, Javier with R&R replaced the valve fixed it. It works like it is supposed to now

Chandler was great! Needed all new supply lines inside the house. He was on time, clear about what he was going to do and worked his tail off. Highly recommend R&R Plumbing and will use them for all my plumbing needs in the future.

I had a toilet that was clogged and I was unable to unclog it with a plunger. The toilet water level would rise even more when water was poured into our kitchen sink. I notified R &R plumbing and Christian H was assigned to fix the issue. Christian let me know that he was pretty positive that my mainline was backed up. He exposed a garage floor water drain and showed me the pile of paper that was stuck on a flapper which was causing the clogging. He removed the stoppage with a pry bar no plumber snake was needed and my home drainage water flow immediately cleared and ran smoothly. I really appreciate the fact that Christian was honest and able to find the issue immediately. I totally recommend Christian for his professional, friendly, honest work.

Dryer gas line and vent relocation. Called and they had a tech out within a day, service was scheduled for two days later, Dan came out and got it done in a couple hours. Price was a little lower than quoted which is always nice too. 10/10 Would recommend.

R&R did a great job replacing my water heater today. Brandon called ahead because he was available a little earlier than expected. He did a thorough inspection of the existing WH, showed us his concerns, clarified update code requirements, and then worked through option pricing. No high pressure sales tactics, just honest answers. After we settled on scope and price, Brandon obtained the necessary materials quickly and got right to work. He said it would take 2-3 hours to complete, and it took a little over 2 hours. Work looks good. The team was clean and professional. I will call R&R for any future plumbing needs.

I should have posted originally a month ago when my hot water heater was installed. Great guy to work with. Did the job for a reasonable price (much lower than competitors that's for sure) and did a good job. Super easy to work with. But this morning I didn't have hot water and Steve got Jose back out here and we determined the problem was probably some debris or scale and had nothing to do with the hot water installation and I agree. But we got the incoming water line cleared and they didn't charge me. Outstanding customer service. Definitely would hire them again.

R&R Plumbing does a great job and I've been using them in Murrieta and Menifee since about 2019. Every job is completed thoroughly without any issues with highly skilled technicians. The pricing is a little higher than the competition, but I think it's worth it for the peace of mind and the quality.

Javier was here today and did a bunch of work for us. We had our old sink and faucet replaced. He had two guys with him, Tanner and Derek who were super helpful and polite. The job didnt take long, and they did such a nice job! They hooked up a reverse osmosis water system under the sink, reattached all the fixings for our disposal, and installed a new push button for the garbage disposal that is conveniently at the sink instead of a switch on the wall. Our old sink has bothered me since we moved in. It would stain easily being white ceramic, the faucet would jiggle because it was loose. We picked out a stainless steel sink and faucet. It looks amazing and we are so happy with it. They cleaned up the area and took everything out of here that was no longer needed like the sink, old parts, as well as the boxes the new stuff come in. They also ran a new water line up the side of the house to the porch above so we can water plants and set up a mister to cool things off sitting outside. Also, they installed a pressure relief valve on the hot water tank. They are super efficient, know what they are doing and gave us some great upgrades we will really enjoy. Because it was so easy, they did not charge for the service but rather would rather build strong customer loyalty. Great service! I called around 10:30 AM today and asked if someone could come to my home and fix the issue before 4:00 PM. Miranda answered my call and initially told me the earliest available appointment was tomorrow. After I explained that I needed urgent service, she was able to schedule a technician for today between 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM. Ryan arrived right at 1:00 PM, completed the repair in less than 30 minutes, and the price was very reasonable. I truly appreciate the fast response and excellent customer service.
