Christian was very professional and experienced. He spent a lot of time explaining complicated piping and draining issues at our house, so we could make informed decisions about how to proceed. He is a good listener too! R&R is always dependable.

Brandon came on time and was extremely professional and knowledgeable - he identified the cause of the problem and fix it right away. I got other plumbers coming and claimed they had to get a new thing to install which would have cost me close to $200, but Brandon knew exactly what the issue was and didnt even have to get new parts. Its hard to see someone whos so punctual and professional now a days - it was a breath of fresh air to have a great plumber like Brandon!!!! I strongly recommend R&R.

We call R&R Plumbing October 21,2025 for a leak in the front yard by the service riser, then I made a decision to replace pressure regulators, full port ball valve,1/2 IN MPT or FPT brass hose bib Tee Handle, to make a long story short Field Technician Raffi Bacerra cut out all the old plumbing and replaced it with new plumbing parts,Ensuring no leaks at new connections points in addition Mr.Bacerra arrived on time and was extremely thorough in diagnosing the problem.They clearly explained the issue and the steps needed to fix it.The work space was left perfectly clean.We are so happy with the results and will recommend them to everyone.

Turner was great! We had an issue with water not getting hot and had an old Mixit valve. We first tried replacing the cartridge, but did not work, and Turner was kind enough to give us a discount on his labor and new valve replacement. Great guy, great business, prices seem aligned with industry standards. Recommended!

Had Christian from R&R out to replace a leaky kitchen faucet and faulty garbage disposal. He was friendly, install was quick and we are happy with the process. R&R was able to fit us in within 24 hours of calling. We will be using them again in the future and I would recommend.

I had a issue but didnt realize it from my sprinkler system. He was so nice. And very informative on what steps I needed to take. And I might add when I called at 8 am the company had the employee out by 10 am..

They were quick to respond to check on the tankless water heater, which had no problem, but they did find that there was an outside faucet that created an issue and were in contact with us right away. It was a simple, fix simple understanding. Thank you again great job.

We had three different companies come out to check our restaurants water heater, and every single one said it had to be replaced or that they couldnt get parts. R&R was the last company we called, and they came through with a same-day appointment, got it fixed, and had us back in business fast. Super professional and great communication the whole way through. Well be using R&R for all our restaurants from here on out.

plumber was out to assess and give estimate.he was knowledgeable and gave us a option to fix at the average price out there.we are going to get a few more estimates then decide. he was polite and respectfull and a good listener.

My appointment and the initial inspection was completed within 24 hours. Incredible fast! Brandon was the technician who came evaluate the plumbing issue. He is very professional and on time. He was very upfront and honest from the start and fixed the valve on a timely basis, he was very kind and informative without trying to up charge or sale me any extras. Berto is such a personable, friendly, attentive, honest, trustworthy, and skilled professional!! We loved him the first time he came to help us (flushing out some water heater stuff), and now we are hooked and dont want anyone else. He came to our rescue again the other day with an ongoing sewage-like stench coming from a pipe under our kitchen sink. He was so very honest and fair with pricing, and after months of us trying everything we could think of on our own, THE SMELL IS GONE!! Tom came out to do a water heater flush on 10/08 since there was a special. Im disabled so $ is tight. He was nice & knowledgeable. I didnt get my new water heater (1 yr. old) from them originally as their price was too high. Then he sent me a quote for a 2 gal. expansion tank which was outrageous. I checked with the plumber who installed my current water heater & his price was less than half of what Tom quoted. I more than likely wont use R&R Plumbing again. A overall great experience. Javier with R&R Plumbing did the initial installation of our tankless water heater last year, and just now completed the yearly maintenance. Javier is professional and detailed focused. He is gracious and patient enough to answer all my questions, and provides detailed explanations in an easy to understand manner. His plumbing work is looks very clean and well thought out, which made the maintenance he performed today quick and painless. We are very happy with his work, thanks again!

Came the next day and actually looked at my water heater, after another plumber just told me I needed a new one without even looking at it. Turns out I did need a new one but they worked with me to figure out the right pricing for my situation and got it done with in a few hours and even cleaned up the leak for me!

I just had R&R Plumbing from Murrieta do some work at my home. I had all of the angle shut off valves replaced and also had a whole house water filtration system installed. The techs that came to my home, Javier and Bobby were incredible. They spent an appropriate time listening to my concerns and expectations. Their work was very professional and detailed, I was happy to have them in my home. When they were finished they double checked all their work and made sure I was satisfied. Its refreshing to have such a great experience and Im already planning on calling them for another project I have coming up. 5 Stars for sure!

Had a sewer issue for the first time in 35 years in my home. Made call to R&R. Receptionist on the phone was helpful, informatiove and personable. Technician, Christian texted when he was on his way with a photo. When he arrived, he introduced himself. I told him our problem. He got right into working on correcting the plumbing issue. Because we had never open our sewer cleanout that was the biggest challenge. The cover was rusted on and the cap still had straps on it. Christian worked at it a few ways then finally got it opened and snaked out the clog. Price was reasonable. He also gave a quote to upgrade our system. I would highly recommend R&R plumbing and Christian. The only thing that I did not like which is not reflection on the workers is that management has a procedure that entails the customer to sign at least 5-6 different statements that could not physically be read because each statement was written extremely small. Christian did briefly explained each before I signed . I understand that management has to protect themselves but I like to protect myself as well. Atleast, give the customer a chance to read while the job is being set up. Overall, I would recommend R&R to anyone with plumbing issues and would call them again.

I needed a bathtub/shower installed along with all new plumbing in the wall and under the tub. Enter Chandler, the bathroom remodel expert. I had already bought the tub, valve, and other components for the project. There were many challenges encountered during the install and Chandler calmly and professionally worked his way around all of them. I couldnt be happier with the result.
