First, the young lady Celeste, L I spoke with was very cordial and friendly. Now for the plumber Jimmy, it was like being greeted by someone you met b4. He asked abt my plumbing problem. After explaining briefly he immediately knew what might be my problem. He then went into detail what he was going to do, he showed it, then he did it! Unclogged my 2 drains. I recently had R & R Plumbing out to my house for hydrojetting of my storm drains and replacement of my garbage disposal, and I couldnt be happier with the experience. Jorge N handled all of the work and did an outstanding job. He was on time, professional, friendly, and very responsive throughout the process. After completing the hydrojetting, he went the extra mile by running a camera through the drains to confirm they were completely clear, then showed me the footage so I could see the results myself. The work was thorough and well done. Miranda N was also excellent on the scheduling sideprofessional, helpful, and patient in answering all of my questions. I will definitely call R & R Plumbing again for any future plumbing needs. Highly recommend!

Jimmy serviced my Tankless Water Heater (TWH). Upon arrival he discovered an issue from the original installation. He quickly determined the fix and serviced the TWH perfectly. I called R&R for a sewer line repair, and they came out the next day with a fair quote. Jorge and his helper knocked out the job the same day, and Jorge especially impressed me with his professionalism and the care he took to ensure everything, including the concrete slab repair, was done completely right.

We first called R and R Plumbing in an emergency: a pipe had ruptured and caused severe damage to our ceiling. They responded quickly, got the situation under control, and then handled a full repipe of our house. We were so impressed that we asked them back for a custom plumbing job. Our technician, Sam Tackett, was great every time. Sam's communication was excellent from start to finish. He never did anything without first telling us what he was doing and why, and he kept us informed through the whole process. The pricing was honest and upfront, with no surprises and no upselling, even in an emergency when a lot of companies would take advantage. Sam worked quickly and efficiently, and the work was done perfectly. You can tell he takes pride in doing it right the first time. We trusted him so much that we felt completely comfortable leaving him at our home unattended, which says a lot. If you need a plumber in the Temecula/Murrieta area, R and R Plumbing is the one to call, and ask for Sam! We won't use anyone else.

Cannot recommend this company enough. Needed service for toilet that started leaking out of base (or so I thought) and tech Christian was out diagnosing and then fixed the issue within 3 hours. R & R came out the next morning to give me a quote on water line repair and the price was good and explained everything that was to be done. They fixed the issue and then I asked for a few other issues to be dealt with. Very professional and provided excellent work. Any other issues we will have them back.

I am very comfortable with the price I paid. My expectations were exceeded. Daniel was the best. He was probably the most courteous person that I have met in a long time... authentically courteous. Our water softener install needed some demo work to get the drain line to a suitable sewer. When Daniel came out to perform the estimate inspection, he climbed into the tiniest attic space to see if that was an option. When he was out to do the install, I was prepared to have a lot of drywall demo done to our laundry room. Instead of taking the easy way, I feel that Daniel looked at how he would have it done it if it were his own home. He found a way to completely avoid any demo on one wall at his own expense (spending time in a very hot and tight attic space). In the end we had a couple small drywall cutouts that he taped back in place minimizing the visual impact until I patch them completely. He was honest before the work started, that he doesn't patch the drywall. When he was done, I said to him, "I thought you don't patch dry wall :-)." His response? I just taped it :-). I expected to have drywall squares sitting around for me to put back. This is an example of his care for a home he may never be in again. I will be calling R & R (and hoping I get Daniel) again.

We called them for possible leaks. Raffi came and troubleshooting the water stains and noticed no active leaks. Water stains were dry. No repairs were needed. Leaks were from old time and stains were ignored by us. Nothing was charged. I appreciate their honest.

I had a great experience with R&R Plumbing, especially Brandon and his assistant Derrick. I was dealing with a recurring sewer line issue and wanted to make sure I understood exactly what was going on before committing to a major repair. Brandon took the time to inspect the problem, explain everything clearly, and answer all of my questions. Derrick was also very helpful and professional throughout the job. They found a broken section of pipe with roots growing into the line, and they were able to take care of the issue by replacing the damaged piping. They also took care of the work in my front yard and cleaned up. I also appreciated that Brandon was straightforward with me and worked with me on the price. Overall, Im very happy with the work and the way I was treated. Brandon and Derrick were professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend R&R Plumbing to anyone dealing with a sewer or plumbing issue.

Overall a good experience with Cade, he was quick and efficient and knowledgeable . My only issue is that zelle was offered as a payment option to avoid a 3% surcharge with a credit card. We attempted with three different accounts, phones or persons, and couldn't get it to work so I ended up with the credit card surcharge.

Tech. was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. Everything he did he explained and provided pictures. Because of his service I will be using R&R Plumbing from now on.

I can't recommend Sam and the guys at R&R plumbing enough. They came out, provide a very reasonable quote, and explained the timeline. Once the work started, they were prompt, professional, and completed the job in less time than I thought. Once the job was completed, everything was cleaned up better than I expected from such a major job. It's hard to find such honest and competent people these days.

Ive used R&R Plumbing many times over the years and theyve always been my go-to for plumbing and water heater issues. Theyre usually able to come out pretty quickly, and Ive never had an issue with a repair theyve done. The techs are friendly, professional, and to do things right. Their prices are reasonable, and I also appreciate that they dont charge just to come out if no work is needed. Definitely a company Im comfortable calling whenever I have a plumbing or water related issue.
