Found a 12” pressurized cold pipe located in the downstairs hallway bathroom has burst. This has appeared to have caused water damage to the ceiling and surrounding areas. Cut out the burst pipe and capped the ends of the water pipe to temporarily restore the water to the house.
The plumber is to reroute all of the under slab water pipes and replace all of the existing copper pipes located in the walls and ceilings. All of the new water pipes will be installed in the walls and ceilings eliminating all of the under slab water piping. The new water piping will be installed using a WirsboPex pipe. The new water stub outs for the new shut off valves are to be installed using copper pipes.
This estimate includes three new Moen posi-temp single handle shower valves with chrome trim.

After performing electronic leak detection, it was determined that the leak underneath the slab of the house in the kitchen is coming from the 34 hot feed in the kitchen island to the wall behind the cabinets in the dining room area that feeds the master bathroom. The plumber will have to reroute the pipe from the dining room area, through the ceiling and down the wall behind the water heater.
