This will make the water heater functional while remodel is ongoing in garage. This pricing includes returning after remodels complete and reinstalling water heater and its original spot. Plumber ran a new inch and a half ABS drain line tied into the 2 inch existing drain line for a garage sink. We ran a new P-trap and connected to garage sink. Plumber rebuilt copper tied off of half-inch washing machine lines over to where new sink will be installed. We will also install two angle stops. After sink is installed we will connect supply lines to faucet and run water to make sure everything is working properly.

Once installed plumber, then turned on water to home and tested to ensure that there was no leaks and new valve was working properly. Once no leaks for found in new valve was working properly plumber then installed shower, trim, and caulked around shower trim plate to ensure that no leaks occur in wall.
