Berto is such a personable, friendly, attentive, honest, trustworthy, and skilled professional!! We loved him the first time he came to help us (flushing out some water heater stuff), and now we are hooked and dont want anyone else. He came to our rescue again the other day with an ongoing sewage-like stench coming from a pipe under our kitchen sink. He was so very honest and fair with pricing, and after months of us trying everything we could think of on our own, THE SMELL IS GONE!! He worked MAGIC and did his very best not to break our bank in the process. Highly recommend!!!

Tom came out to do a water heater flush on 10/08 since there was a special. Im disabled so $ is tight. He was nice & knowledgeable. I didnt get my new water heater (1 yr. old) from them originally as their price was too high. Then he sent me a quote for a 2 gal. expansion tank which was outrageous. I checked with the plumber who installed my current water heater & his price was less than half of what Tom quoted. I more than likely wont use R&R Plumbing again. A overall great experience. Javier with R&R Plumbing did the initial installation of our tankless water heater last year, and just now completed the yearly maintenance. Javier is professional and detailed focused. He is gracious and patient enough to answer all my questions, and provides detailed explanations in an easy to understand manner. His plumbing work is looks very clean and well thought out, which made the maintenance he performed today quick and painless. We are very happy with his work, thanks again!

Came the next day and actually looked at my water heater, after another plumber just told me I needed a new one without even looking at it. Turns out I did need a new one but they worked with me to figure out the right pricing for my situation and got it done with in a few hours and even cleaned up the leak for me!

I just had R&R Plumbing from Murrieta do some work at my home. I had all of the angle shut off valves replaced and also had a whole house water filtration system installed. The techs that came to my home, Javier and Bobby were incredible. They spent an appropriate time listening to my concerns and expectations. Their work was very professional and detailed, I was happy to have them in my home. When they were finished they double checked all their work and made sure I was satisfied. Its refreshing to have such a great experience and Im already planning on calling them for another project I have coming up. 5 Stars for sure!

Had a sewer issue for the first time in 35 years in my home. Made call to R&R. Receptionist on the phone was helpful, informatiove and personable. Technician, Christian texted when he was on his way with a photo. When he arrived, he introduced himself. I told him our problem. He got right into working on correcting the plumbing issue. Because we had never open our sewer cleanout that was the biggest challenge. The cover was rusted on and the cap still had straps on it. Christian worked at it a few ways then finally got it opened and snaked out the clog. Price was reasonable. He also gave a quote to upgrade our system. I would highly recommend R&R plumbing and Christian. The only thing that I did not like which is not reflection on the workers is that management has a procedure that entails the customer to sign at least 5-6 different statements that could not physically be read because each statement was written extremely small. Christian did briefly explained each before I signed . I understand that management has to protect themselves but I like to protect myself as well. Atleast, give the customer a chance to read while the job is being set up. Overall, I would recommend R&R to anyone with plumbing issues and would call them again.

I needed a bathtub/shower installed along with all new plumbing in the wall and under the tub. Enter Chandler, the bathroom remodel expert. I had already bought the tub, valve, and other components for the project. There were many challenges encountered during the install and Chandler calmly and professionally worked his way around all of them. I couldnt be happier with the result.

He was prompt, just the nicest guy, and picked up the pieces of the tub repair job I had self started but ran into issues with. Technicians were very professional and friendly explaining everything they were going to do thoroughly And were very quick and efficient. When They were done they showed me the repairs that they made to make sure it was fixed properly. Before my technician got here the business sent me a text message with a picture of my technician Chandler and a little bit of background on him. He brought another technician named Sam with him Chandler brought another technician with him named Sam and both of them seemed to have the knowledge on how to fix the issue.

Our sink waste disposal was leaking and it was quickly repaired and now working.

Turner B & his helper Sam flushed my one-year-old 40 gallon gas water heater quicker and easier than I ever read was possible! They answered all of my many questions. And Turner rotated my kitchen faucet 90 in less than one minute, like I asked him & he didnt charge me extra. So I recommend this company and Turner & Sams services.

Ive worked with R&R Plumbing for other plumbing issues. When I was told I needed a plumber for installation of new valves. I didnt hesitate to call R&R. They are prompt, honest, and I have never had to call another plumber to fix their work. The icing on the cake for me is how the company will send you a text and a picture of the technician. One can never be to safe!

When I called R & R to schedule an appointment, the office staff was very polite and accommodating, and I very much appreciated the SMS/Text updates and the short bio of the technician (Mike L.) that they sent to me. It was also very convenient being able to send text messages back to a live person at R & R as neededno AI chatbot here! Mike L. is a great representative for R & R Plumbingclean, efficient, knowledgeable, and very professional. His installation of the new toilet flange is a big improvement over the old one, which had been installed too low, and he had some great suggestions for how to approach several other plumbing issues I discussed with him. We had a leak, and the plumber Chris arrived and fixed it within 30 minutes of my call. They will be replumbing the entire house next week, replacing the original plastic piping with all-copper piping. So far, I have no complaintsChris has been exceptional in getting us back up and running quickly and highly recommended.

We started a toilet install and ran out of energy with what turned out to be the wrong product, R & R Plumbing came to our rescue. From 1:30-3:00pm starting call to work completed, they finished everything. Included driving from their last job too. When R&R Plumbing was completing the fireplace installation, Javier, R&R licensed plumber noticed that my homes water pressure reducing valve (PRV) was more than 20 years old. After performing a pressure test, he confirmed that the water pressure was too high (over 75 PSI), which could potentially cause serious water damage such as slab leaks or pipe failures in the future if the valve is not changed. The PRV is a critical component in any home. Its job is to regulate the pressure of the water entering the house from the citys main line, keeping it within the safe range of 1575 PSI (ideally 4070 PSI for normal household use). When a valve gets old or fails, fluctuations in city water pressure can overwhelm the system, resulting in major and very expensive damage. Because the typical lifespan of a PRV is about 1020 years, my valve was well past due for replacement. Before proceeding, I researched the best parts available. The Zurn Wilkins brass PRV consistently came up as one of the most reliable, and it was reassuring to see that R&R uses top-quality components like this one. Given what I had read about costly water damage from failing valvesand even hearing from a neighbor who experienced slab leaksit was an easy decision to have the work done. Javier and Bobby replaced the valve quickly and professionally, completing the job in less than an hour. They explained the optimal pressure range, tested everything thoroughly, and reassured me that with this installation we should be in good shape for another 1015 years. Once again, R&R Plumbing exceeded expectations. The job was completed on time, at a competitive price, with the best parts, and with the same professionalism and attention to detail that I have come to expect from them. Thank you, R&R Plumbing, and thank you to Javier and Bobby. Another A+ job. Highly recommended.
